All prices are in Thai Baht and are INCLUSIVE of tax and service charges.
All rooms EXCLUDE breakfast.
The deposit payment required is to cover 50% of your stay.
Balance of deposit is payable in Thai Baht atte resort - no credit or debit cards.
Free transfer from Thongsala from 3 days + reservations only.
Use of safe box on reception.
Free internet usage in reception.
Transfer to Thongsala Pier 50 Baht per person.
Full Moon Party transfer (one way) is 100 Baht per person. Full moon week is defined as 3 nights before the full moon, full moon night plus 3 nights after full moon

Booking Restrictions

The Minimum Stay is 4 days on the Full Moon period.
The Minimum Stay at Christmas is 5 nights.
The Minimum Stay at New Year is 7 nights.
Compulsory Gala New Year dinner 1,000 Baht per person (31st Dec).

Book 4 nights and pay 3 nights. Available outside full moon week.

Book 7 nights and pay 6 nights. Available for full moon week.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

1. All cancellations shall be notified either by fax or e-mail.
2. Low and High Season: Cancellation notice required of 48 hours notice in advance for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show is charged 100% of total amount deposited. early check out is charged at 100%.
3. Peak Season and Full Moon : Cancellation notice of 7 days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a fee of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved (loss of deposit). No-show 100% charge of total deposited. Early check out is charged at 100%.
4. Deposits are returned if adequate notice is given as defined in 2. and 3. Above - less any transaction costs (Paypal costs at 4% per transaction etc).
5. For cancellations at all times customers may transfer their booking to a later date (outside of full moon week) without penalty however this is subject to availability and agreement by the resort.
